Buric Heating and Air Conditioning

Serving Olney homeowners since 2000, Buric Heating and Air Conditioning handles both heating and cooling for Montgomery County houses. Its heating side covers furnace and boiler installation, replacement, repair and tune-ups, and it installs and services heat pumps and ductless mini splits alongside central air conditioning. Free estimates come with equipment replacements, and financing is available through Synchrony for customers who want to spread out the cost of a new system. Emergency heating and AC repair is offered for winter breakdowns and summer cooling failures. A three-tiered maintenance program schedules tune-ups twice a year, and the Buric Club Membership adds priority scheduling and service deals. Indoor air quality work such as filtration and UV sanitizers is also available. The company draws customers from Olney, Sandy Spring, Brookeville, Norbeck and Damascus. Rated 5.0 from 52 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
