ROCKY HVAC

Rocky HVAC is a locally owned Severn company serving Anne Arundel County homes and businesses. It installs, repairs and maintains air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits, and each of those has its own service area covering installation, repair and maintenance. Emergency AC and emergency heater service are offered. New installations begin with a load calculation that sets the cooling capacity for the space, factoring in square footage, ceiling height, insulation and window placement. Indoor air quality work and energy efficiency advice are part of the mix, and repair costs are broken down before work proceeds. Customers mention same-day timeliness and an installer who worked into the night to finish and cleaned up afterward. Rated 4.6 from 320 Google reviews, 277 of them five stars and 23 one star.
